The latest moves and appointments in wealth management in the UK, the rest of Europe, the Middle East and other select locations.

Iress
Iress, a technology company providing software to the financial services industry, has appointed Jennifer Rafferty as its new managing director of sourcing.

Rafferty is replacing Dave Miller, who is retiring after a 35-year career in the UK financial services and mortgage industry. He joined Avelo in 2002 and assumed his current role heading up the sourcing business in 2013 following its acquisition by Iress.

Rafferty has meanwhile served in senior roles within Iress for 12 years, including head of engineering and delivery for the past 10 years. She has jointly managed Iress’s sourcing business alongside Miller since the start of 2024. She will be based in the UK, working between London and Cheltenham.

Iress provides software and services for trading and market data, financial advice, investment management, mortgages, superannuation, life and pensions, and data intelligence. Its services are used by more than 10,000 businesses and 500,000 users globally.
