Heritage Holdings
Heritage Holdings, a technology-enabled investment platform co-founded by a global network of families and entrepreneurs, has named Niccolò Ferragamo, senior principal at Apax Partners, as founding partner and co-CEO. 

Ferragamo has more than 10 years’ experience in private and growth equity. Prior to his time at Apax, he worked in varying capacities as an investment professional at Hellman & Friedman. He began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, in addition to founding a software development company.  

Together with Lucio Di Ciaccio, previously senior principal at Hg Capital, Ferragamo will lead a team of experts in technology, alternative assets, and portfolio construction.

Heritage Holdings, which has offices in London, Milan and Luxembourg, has a platform that provides long-term, patient capital to alternative asset funds and opportunities, including venture capital, growth equity, private equity, and private debt.

GraniteShares
UK-based GraniteShares, a global issuer of exchange-traded products (ETPs) with more than $7 billion under management, has recruited Catarina Donat Marques as its first head of European Retail Strategy.

The firm said growing demand for its services across Europe drove her appointment. GraniteShares’ assets under management have grown from around $2 billion at the start of the year to $7 billion.

Donat Marques has more than 10 years’ experience in the European ETF market in senior distribution and capital markets roles as well as experience in founding and running businesses. Most recently she worked at ETF consultancy Blackwater where she helped launch Moolah Invest, a platform aimed at empowering individuals to achieve financial independence through accessible education on financial literacy and ETFs.

Previously Donat Marques was Distribution Strategy – director at Wisdom Tree in Europe and Capital Markets – director at ETF Securities where she was also an analyst and Retail Distribution – associate director. She has also launched and established an online wine business and a relocation services provider.
