Titan Wealth, a vertically-integrated business offering custody, platform, discretionary fund management and financial planning, announces new partnership.

The Yorkshire County Cricket Club has just announced that Titan Wealth is a new official partner, with the wealth management firm’s branding to appear on both men’s and women’s playing shirts.

Titan’s sponsorship is significant for Yorkshire women as they become the team’s first ever front of shirt partner, ahead of their season starting on Saturday 19 April.

Alongside this, the Yorkshire Cricket Foundation (YCF) will similarly benefit from the new partnership, with Titan supporting the YCF in the numerous programmes facilitated across different communities in Yorkshire.

The new collaboration, which will also extend into a series of workshops benefiting playing squads, is designed to foster professional development and increase their wellbeing, the firm said in a statement.

This engagement with sport is another example of wealth managers and banks sponsoring and backing sports for branding and client outreach purposes. UK-based Evelyn Partners has just entered a new three-year partnership with Empower Padel, a global community for female padel players which aims to ensure that every woman can gain access to a supportive community to learn, play and enjoy a team sport. 

Last May, Evelyn Partners announced that it was teaming up with the Alfred Dunhill Padel Classic event, held at southwest London's exclusive Hurlingham Club. The partnership has been recently extended.
