London Law Firm Promotes Trio As Partner

The managing partner believes the promotions demonstrate the strength of the firm's expertise.
London law firm Wedlake Bell have
promoted Caroline Miller, Marc Leyshon and Tal Goldsmith to
partners with the firm.
Miller joined the firm in April 2012. She is a member of the
private client group and advises on a broad range of work from
inheritance tax to estate planning. She specialises in
contentious trust and probate matters including dealing with
claims against estates and variation of trust applications.
Leyshon joined the firm in December 2011. He is a member of the
commercial property team and instructs on landlord and tenant
work, sales and acquisitions and property elements of finance
transactions. His clients range from institutional landlords and
residential developers to major lenders and corporates.
Goldsmith joined the firm in 2007. She is a member of the firm’s
insolvency, restructuring and recoveries team. She practices
in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and
commercial litigation. She specialises in recovery of assets
where fraud is involved.
