Global Trust, Fund Specialist Draws Line Under Acquisition
Interconsult was established in 1992 and is one of the oldest corporate service firms in Luxembourg, located in the centre of Luxembourg City.
ZEDRA, the global trust
and fund specialist, has completed its acquisition of Interconsult, first
announced last year.
Luxembourg, where Interconsult is based, is “key” to ZEDRA's
growth plan, it said, as it will bolster its global reach for
existing and new clients.
“Our acquisition of Interconsult will enable ZEDRA to
offer its global client base robust governance and an
operating model for maximum security, transparency and
efficiency,” said Niels Nielsen, ZEDRA chief executive.
The acquisition will bring significant advantages to ZEDRA,
particularly for its operations in Europe, combining the
firms’ infrastructure strengths with the strong track
record of Interconsult’s management team, the firm added.
