Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? - ZEDRA

The latest senior moves across wealth planning and legal services in the UK and Europe.
ZEDRA, the international
corporate, fund and wealth services business, has appointed
Steven Bowen as managing director of its Jersey office. He will
lead the development and growth of ZEDRA’s corporate, fund
administration and active wealth business on the island.
Most recently, he was chief risk officer at JTC Group PLC
respectively as group MD and head of Jersey at Minerva Trust.
Bowen has worked in the offshore financial services industry for
more than 35 years.
“With Steven’s extensive track record both in Jersey and globally
and a mandate to grow the business in Jersey, we are convinced he
will be a very important asset to build ZEDRA’s business both
locally and contribute to the growth of the whole Group,” ZEDRA
chief executive, Ivo Hemelraad said.
Acquisition-hungry ZEDRA is entering the Central European market
with the purchase of Awans Corporate Services. Its target is one
of Poland’s oldest corporate services firms - an organisation
which has been offering accounting and administration services to
corporations and local businesses for two decades.
The acquisition marks a busy 12 months of M&A activity for
ZEDRA, including deals in the Isle of Man, Switzerland, the
Nordic market and buying BNP Paribas Wealth Management’s trust
business in Singapore. (See
