Joining in the new year in a newly-created role, Janus Henderson Investors has appointed Paul LaCoursiere as global head of environmental, social and governance (ESG) investments to help drive ESG integration across its investment strategies.

LaCoursiere will be based in Janus Henderson’s London office and report to global chief investment officer Enrique Chang. He will be joining from Aviva Investors, where he is currently the global head of ESG research. He has also held senior portfolio positions at Chicago Equity Partners, Barclays Global Investors, and Munder Capital Management.

Based in London, Janus Henderson Investors manages approximately $358 billion for clients.
