Leadership Changes At UBP's Singapore, Hong Kong Businesses

The Swiss private banking group has made a number of senior changes in Hong Kong and Singapore, while its South Asia head is moving to take on new responsibilities at the firm.
Ranjit Khanna, the head of South Asia and chief executive of the
Singapore branch at Union
Bancaire Privée, is stepping down from the group, this
publication can confirm.
The bank is working with Khanna to explore new opportunities
within the Geneva-based bank’s wider network.
In the meantime, UBP has made two senior leadership appointments
in Asia.
Ivan Wong will be joining UBP on 14 November as region head for
North Asia and CEO of the Hong Kong branch, subject to regulatory
approval. Wong has 35 years of experience in the financial
services industry.
Eric Morin has been appointed as Southeast Asia region head
and CEO of the Singapore branch, also subject to clearance from
regulators. Morin has 10 years of experience in Southeast Asia
leadership roles.
