Natixis IM Names Distribution Head, Administration Chief

The appointees cover a variety of regions and both men report to the wealth and asset management chief.
Natixis
Investment Managers has named Fabrice Chermouny as head of
international distribution, covering the Europe, Middle East,
Asia-Pacific and Latin American markets. Before this, he was the
APAC head at the firm. In his new role, he takes over from Joseph
Pinto, who has moved to M&G as its asset management CEO.
In total, Chermouny has more than 20 years of experience in asset
management.
The firm said that Christophe Lanne has been made chief
administration officer for asset and wealth management. He will
oversee post-sales support activities for international
distribution, as well as Natixis IM Solutions activities, in
addition to his existing responsibilities for global operations
and technology, human resources and corporate social
responsibility strategy.
Chemouny and Lanne will report to Tim Ryan, head of asset and
wealth management within Groupe BPCE’s Global Financial Services.
The business has more than $1.1 trillion assets under management
and is part of the Global Financial Services division of Groupe
BPC.
Joining Natixis in 2000, Chermouny was previously at CDC IXIS
Group. Lanne began his career in 1990 with Banque Indosuez (now
Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank) in the General
Inspection department.
