REYL Intesa Sanpaolo Appoints Chief Operating Officer, Asset Services Head
These appointments will reinforce REYL's objective of promoting a range of high-end cross-functional services and high value-added solutions to its clientele.
REYL Intesa Sanpaolo has appointed Frédéric Le Hellard, currently head of IT in Geneva, as chief operating officer at the head of a new, reinforced IT & Operations department.
Le Hellard's remit included enhancing the governance of Reyl’s operational activities and building a platform capable of supporting its continued development.
Since his arrival in 2019, Le Hellard has overseen the digital transformation and improvement of the bank’s IT processes during a period of strong growth, as well as challenges and opportunities resulting from the merger with Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking and the absorption of its banking subsidiary ISPBM Morval Suisse.
The bank has also appointed Tatiana Carruzzo as head of asset services to focus on delivering excellence in custody, administration, legal representation and paying agent services for institutional investment fund clients. Carruzzo joined REYL Intesa Sanpaolo’s Asset Services business line as operations manager in 2016. She has contributed to developing the business line.
These two appointments reinforce the firm's aim of promoting a range of cross-functional services and high value-added solutions to its clientele of entrepreneurs, institutional investors and international family offices through its five business lines: Wealth Management, Entrepreneur & Family Office Services, Corporate Finance, Asset Services and Asset Management.
“We are counting on the leadership qualities of Frédéric Le Hellard and Tatiana Carruzzo to promote our strategy, built around service and innovation, to ensure the long-term development of REYL Intesa Sanpaolo. We are particularly counting on the talent and experience of Frédéric Le Hellard in order to consolidate our recent successes in the field of digital transformation and on the entrepreneurial qualities of Tatiana Carruzzo to increase our market share in respect of services to institutional investment funds,” chief executive officer François Rey, said.
