French banking giant BNP Paribas has continued to hire bankers for the Asia region.

Ann Magareth Eufemio joined BNP Paribas Wealth Management as vice president, relationship manager in the international and other Asian markets segment, based in Hong Kong, a spokesperson for the firm confirmed to this publication.

In June, Steven Chan joined BNP Paribas as director for the China Market, reporting to Isabelle Tian, managing director. He was joined by Phoebe Kwong and Chris Hui, who now serve as senior vice presidents. All three came from DBS. This news followed reports that Amie Cheng had been appointed to lead a newly-created wealth management team in Hong Kong. Cheng was joined by three financial specialists now serving as vice presidents: June Chow, Fion Wong and Vivienne Wong.
