Raymond James has recruited a team of advisors operating as TSD Capital Group - an independent firm in Athens, GA - to Raymond James Financial Services, the firm’s independent broker-dealer.

The team includes Bill Schroth, senior investment advisor and TSD managing partner; Joseph Taylor, senior investment advisor and TSD managing director; Kip Dominy, senior investment advisor and TSD partner; financial advisors Bruce Kelly and Ken Hyatt; senior registered administrative assistant Leigh Anne Kane; and senior administrative assistant Anna Richardson.

The team came to Raymond James from Wells Fargo Financial Advisors Network, where they managed approximately $280 million in client assets and had annual fees and commissions of $1.8 million.

Schroth, with more than 27 years’ experience in the industry, specializes in custom wealth management strategies as well as financial planning services. He and his partners established TSD Capital Group in 2007 while affiliated with Wells Fargo. Prior to that, Schroth worked as a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch.

Taylor has more than 25 years of experience and offers clients personalized asset management, estate planning and business succession strategies.

Dominy began his financial services career in 2001 with Wachovia Securities. In 2007 he joined Schroth and Taylor in founding TSD Capital Group. He specializes in retirement planning, wealth strategies and income strategies.

Hyatt has more than 18 years’ experience in the financial industry, including time as regional sales director for Wachovia Retirement Services. He joined TSD Capital Group four years ago. He has expertise in both corporate and personal investment planning and designs retirement plans as well as custom portfolio management and risk strategies for private wealth clients.

Kelly was a financial advisor at Wells Fargo Financial Network prior to joining TSD Capital Group in 2013. He now specializes in IRAs and investment accounts.

Kane previously worked for Wells Fargo and Wachovia Securities and is responsible for all aspects of the client experience at TSD Capital Group.

Richardson has worked in the financial services industry for eight years and joined TSD Capital Group in 2007 after working at Wachovia Securities. Her responsibilities include opening accounts for the practice.
