Cushman & Wakefield Bolsters Hong Kong Residential Team

Cushman & Wakefield opens a new real estate brokerage desk in Hong Kong and names head.
Cushman & Wakefield, the international commercial real estate services firm, has bolstered its Hong Kong residential team with a senior hire.
Effective 10 December 2013, Angel Law assumes the role of executive director for residential, Hong Kong, bringing with her over 18 years of industry experience including the luxury residential market in the territory. She will head the newly-launched Residential Brokerage Services desk, focussing on the sale and purchase market.
"This represents a key milestone in the growth of our Hong Kong business. Going forward, we will continue to invest the business and acquire leading talent that strengthens our service offering," said John Siu, managing director of Cushman & Wakefield Hong Kong.
According to a recent survey by Colliers International, Hong Kong real estate prices are poised to drop in 2014, with luxury residential capital values to decline 15 per cent.
The firm has a wide network in Greater China, with seven offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Taipei.
