Syz & Co Asset Management has launched its Oyster funds on a UK platform for the first time.

The 15 funds will be listed over Raymond James Investment Services’ open architecture platform and gives UK intermediaries easy access to the products.

Syz & Co has been increasing its presence in the UK market - hiring business development staff and launching the Oyster Continental European Selection fund last December.

Ian Penrose, director of UK Distribution at Syz Asset Management, said: “We are excited to be working with a company as well-regarded as Raymond James, and look forward to seeing many of their users at the Raymond James conference later in the year.”

Syz & Co Asset Management is the UK asset management firm of Swiss banking group Syz & Co and has assets under management of €5.7 billion ($7.8 billion).

Raymond James began trading in the UK in 2001 and manages assets of £3.72 billion.
